The service
The site provides information about the centre, study programs, certification test schedules and requirements (including TOEFL ITP, TOEFL iBT, TOEIC, and Cambridge), a registration channel, and a help chat answered by a bot and, when needed, an administrator.
Fair use
You agree not to scan the site automatically, probe security without written permission, disrupt availability, access parts that are not yours, impersonate Wattson or a test body, or reuse site content commercially without permission. Violations may lead to access blocking and legal measures where necessary.
Staff accounts
Panel accounts are for authorized staff only. Passwords and passkeys are the responsibility of the account holder. Access rights are limited by role and can be revoked at any time.
Registration, tests, and certificates
Test operations follow the rules of the relevant testing bodies, including ETS and its distribution partners, ITC, and Cambridge. Prices, schedules, device requirements, reschedule, and refund policies follow the official announcements in effect at registration. Final confirmation is always through official Wattson channels.
