- Registration and consultation form: name, email or WhatsApp number, program of interest, and the note you write.
- Help chat: the content of your question. Your IP address is stored as a scrambled code, never the raw IP, and messages are kept only for the retention period set by the administrator.
- Security logs: when a request looks suspicious, the site records the IP, device, and requested URL to protect the service.
- Technical cookies: session cookies for security, plus your language and theme preferences. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How data is used
- Processing registrations, consultations, and communication with you.
- Answering questions through chat or an administrator.
- Keeping the site safe from misuse and automated attacks.
- Meeting applicable administrative and legal obligations.
Who data is shared with
Your data is never sold and never used for third-party marketing. Sharing is limited to AI providers for the chat feature (only the necessary text, personal data is redacted first), hosting providers, and authorities when required by law.
How long data is kept
- Chat: for the retention period set by the administrator, default 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Security logs: cleaned periodically.
- Registration data: kept as long as needed for the registration process, communication, and reporting.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data through the official contact listed in the site footer. Requests are handled within a reasonable time once identity is confirmed.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, stores passwords as hashes, encrypts secret keys, protects forms with CSRF tokens, and limits login attempts. No system is entirely free of risk, but these measures reduce the chance of unauthorized access.
Children and teenagers
Registration for minors is done by, or with the consent of, a parent or guardian.
